  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached
  • Products should be free from stains, washes, odors, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a refund.

3. How to Return an Item

In-Store Returns (if applicable):
You may return your item to any Barbdee Kraft physical location (where available) with a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Online Returns:
For purchases made online, you may return your item by mail. Visit the Returns Portal on our website to begin the process and print your prepaid return label.

4. Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee may be applied and will be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise in promotions or membership benefits. Free returns may be offered during special promotions.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • If the original method is unavailable (e.g., gift card), the refund may be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping costs and return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items if returned within the return window.

  • For exchanges of sizes or colors, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
